Job summary

Une agence de recrutement recherche un manager d'équipe pour des projets d'ingénierie civile. Le candidat idéal aura une formation reconnue et au moins deux ans d'expérience en gestion. Les responsabilités incluent la négociation de contrats, le contrôle des coûts et la liaison avec les équipes de projet. Ce poste nécessite de bonnes qualités de leadership et une compréhension des pratiques contractuelles de l'industrie.

Qualifications

• Reconnu comme titulaire d'un diplôme en Quantity Surveying, Construction Management ou Génie Civil.
• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience managériale dans des projets d'ingénierie civile.
• Bonne maîtrise des pratiques contractuelles de l'industrie.

Responsibilities

• Gérer et diriger une équipe sur des questions opérationnelles commerciales.
• Administration de contrats incluant conseils et résolution de problèmes.
• Budgétiser des projets et contrôler les coûts.

Manage and lead a team on commercial operational matters as follows:

• Evaluation, value engineering, negotiation of cost/scope for procurement and make recommendation for award
• Contract administration including render contractual advice, handling and resolution of contractual issues, if any
• Evaluation and certification of Main Contract /Sub Contract progress and variation claims, payments including settlement of final accounts
• Project budgeting and cost control
• Liaise with Project Team/s and Client/ Consultants

Requirements

• Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or any other related discipline
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in managing Civil Engineering Projects e.g. PUB and/or LTA projects
• Candidates with more years of managerial experience will be considered for senior position
• Proficient with industry’s contractual practices and various standard forms of contracts particularly PSSCOC
• Possess good negotiation, communication, interpersonal and leadership qualities
• Articulative and possess a digital mindset
