Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to construction workers and trade specialists.
• Monitor progress of works to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety or quality issues.
• Assist in interpreting site drawings and work plans.
• Liaise with project managers to report on work progress.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health standards on site.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential safety or quality issues.

Assist in interpreting site drawings, work plans, and material specifications.

Liaise with project managers and engineers to report on work progress, manpower deployment, and material requirements.

Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior workers to improve productivity and workmanship.

Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards on site.

Manage and record daily manpower attendance, work progress, and site activities.
