A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Inhouse IT Administrator to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure and systems crucial for operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a Nitec or Diploma in IT with 1-3 years' experience in the building and construction industry. Responsibilities include providing technical support, configuring devices, and monitoring IT ticketing systems. Competitive salary range of $2,800 - $3,300 plus variable bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industry as IT Assistant or IT Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure and systems.
• Implement technological solutions and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide technical support to staff across various departments.
• Administer mobile phones and SIM cards and maintain asset records.
• Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals for users.

Skills

Basic knowledge of network administration (TCP / IP, LAN / WAN troubleshooting, Wi-Fi)

Experience with Mobile Device Management (Intune)

Proficiency in Windows OS, O365 setup, and AD user creation

Familiarity with the IMS forms cycle and vendor coordination

Hands-on experience with ticketing systems

Education

Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Digital Technology, Computer Science
