About Us:

We’re building Singapore’s first social racket club with padel and pickleball courts, a vibrant space for sports, socializing, and lifestyle experiences. We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and people-oriented professional to manage our community, run our social media, and welcome members on-site.

Role Overview:

This is a hybrid role where you will be the face of our club, manage our online presence, and ensure our members have an excellent experience every time they visit. You’ll be filming and editing video content, engaging with our community online and offline, and handling front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Community Management & Reception:
  • Welcome members and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle on-site administrative tasks: bookings, inquiries, and basic office duties.
  • Engage with our community, answer questions, and ensure members feel valued.
  • Support events, tournaments, and leagues coordination.
Social Media & Content Creation:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Create, film, and edit engaging video content for reels, stories, tutorials, and highlights.
  • Plan and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
  • Monitor analytics and optimize content for engagement and reach.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in social media management, community management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong video content creation skills: filming, editing, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask across online and on-site responsibilities.
  • Passion for sports, lifestyle, and community engagement is a plus.
