Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries, cakes and other desserts that complement our menu and coffee offerings.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the pastry section, ensuring consistency and quality in production
• Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of workstations and pastry equipment
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Chef de Partie (Pastry) or Management
