About the role

Join the team at Killiney Cafe' as a full-time Coffee Shop Assistant in our Central Region location. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of our bustling cafe.

What you’re doing

1. Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
2. Assisting with food preparation and presentation, ensuring all menu items meet our high standards
3. Providing friendly and attentive customer service, anticipating and responding to customer needs
4. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including regular cleaning and restocking duties
5. Collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience
6. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

What we’re looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
