Jigger & Pony Group is a leading hospitality company that owns and operates 5 restaurants and bars in Singapore. A pioneer in Singapore’s cocktail bar scene, the Group’s portfolio comprises of three cocktail bars and two restaurants.

Role Overview:

The Lab Assistant is responsible for daily preparation and production of high-quality ingredients and pre-mixed cocktails used across our beverage programs. This role supports day-to-day tasks, ensuring that mise en place and cocktail ingredients are prepared efficiently and according to standards. This position is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in mixology, food science, or culinary arts, and is an opportunity to be part of an innovative and collaborative environment that bridges bar craft with kitchen precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, following recipes and procedures.
  • Operate basic lab equipment under supervision (e.g., blending, infusion, carbonation).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the lab.
  • Label and store products correctly.
  • Ensure all lab equipment is properly maintained, functioning safely, and operated according to protocols.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., guest shifts, R&D) for special projects and product innovation.
Requirements:
