Machine-Tool Operator

• Operate CNC machines such as milling and turning machines to produce precision components
• Set up machines according to technical drawings and work instructions
• Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and product quality
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and ensure specifications are met
• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards
• Support production targets and continuous improvement activities

Job Requirements

• At least 1–3 years of experience operating CNC or machine tools
• Able to read and understand technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of machining processes and measuring instruments
• Programming knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
• Willing to work independently and as part of a team
