About the Role

• Assist in clinic operations such as patient registration, triage and preparation.
• Perform basic clinical procedures (e.g. height and weight measurements, vital sign monitoring, blood taking and specimen handling, ECG and treadmill tests, vaccination and health screening support, etc.).
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of medical records.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards within the clinic.
• Handle appointment booking and billing transactions.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered nurse with a valid SNB practicing certificate.
• Diploma in Nursing.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience in clinic settings.
