Role Overview

This role focuses primarily on front-of-house customer care and service experience. Clinical and treatment-related support will be provided through structured on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and attend to clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Assist with appointment coordination and smooth client flow
  • Support therapists and practitioners during treatments after training
  • Prepare and reset treatment rooms according to clinic hygiene standards
  • Carry out basic housekeeping duties to maintain overall clinic cleanliness and order
  • Ensure treatment rooms, reception, and common areas are neat, presentable, and well stocked
  • Provide attentive service to clients throughout their visit
  • Maintain cleanliness, presentation standards, and stock readiness
Requirements
  • Minimum O Levels with at least 3 years of working experience
  • Able to communicate clearly in English and Chinese
  • Diploma or experience in Hospitality, Customer Service, Wellness, or related fields is welcome
  • Well groomed, service oriented, and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable working in a calm, personal, and client facing care environment
  • Willing to learn skincare knowledge and clinic protocols on the job
Employment Details
  • Employment Type: Full time
  • Standard shifts scheduled within clinic operating hours
  • Typical shifts include:
    • 10:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday
    • 9:00am to 3:00pm Saturday
  • Actual working hours may vary based on clinic operations and appointment schedules
Salary Range

SGD 2,600 – 3,400 per month
