We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to be a core part of this growing division. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role that offers the agility, impact, and excitement of a fresh business initiative.

The Role

We are seeking a versatile marketer who can wear multiple hats. Sitting within our newly formed business unit, you will manage a portfolio of clients specifically aligned with this growth sector. You will actively manage and oversee a diverse mix of campaigns—from Media campaigns to Brand-building social and Experiential activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Campaign Delivery

  • Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and trust. You will own the partnership, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
  • Guide campaign strategy with data-driven recommendations aligned to client goals. You will translate business objectives into clear media plans, specifically within the Paid Media landscape.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution and communications, ensuring deadlines are met. You will be the bridge between the client and the internal teams, keeping projects on track.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver seamless campaigns. You will ensure that performance strategies and creative assets are perfectly aligned.
  • Provide actionable insights through performance reporting and optimization. You will move beyond surface-level metrics to explain why performance is happening and how to improve it.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends to bring fresh ideas and value. You will keep clients informed of emerging platforms and beta features.

Strategic Growth & Integrated Support

  • Drive Account Growth: As part of a new business unit, proactively identify opportunities to expand client accounts through upselling or cross-channel recommendations.
  • Paid Media Oversight: comprehensive oversight of performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring KPIs are consistently met.
  • Integrated Support: Support the wider team on Social Media and Experiential/Event initiatives where necessary, ensuring that performance campaigns amplify these activations effectively.
Who We Are Looking For:

Experience & Background

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management or Digital Marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing Paid Media portfolios and hitting retention/growth targets.

Technical Skills

  • Must-Have: Strong working knowledge of Paid Media ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Data Studio).
  • Good-to-Have: Experience or familiarity with Social Media Management and on-ground Experiential/Event marketing is a strong plus.

Soft Skills

  • Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a growing team where processes are evolving, and you enjoy helping to refine them.
  • Communication: Strong persuasive skills with a client-focused mindset; able to distill complex data into clear narratives.
