Job summary

A local HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to handle vehicle damage reports and assist clients through various communication channels. Responsibilities include investigating vehicle damages, managing accident reports, and supporting recovery efforts. Ideal candidates should have familiarity with office productivity software and experience in enforcement or collections is a bonus. A class 3 or class 2B licence is advantageous. Competitive salary offered with a structured work schedule.

Qualifications

  • Strong familiarity in office productivity software and web technologies.
  • Experience in this field will be a strong bonus (enforcement, collection, etc.).
  • Having class 3 or class 2B (and above) licence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Working with customers on vehicle damage reports through calls, emails, or site visits.
  • Investigating damages found on vehicles, assessing the cost of repairs.
  • Assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.
  • Assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.
  • Handling any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Customer Service Officer – Enforcement
  • Working days: 5. 5 days
  • Working time: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm/10am -7pm, Sat 9am-1pm /10am -2pm (can choose)
  • Salary range: $2500 - $2800
  • Working location: Paya Lebar
Responsibilities
  • Working with the customer on their vehicle damage report in the form of outbound calls, emails or onsite visits.
  • Required to investigate damages found on our vehicles, assess the cost of repairs and follow up with the customers.
  • Assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.
  • Assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.
  • Required to assist with any other tasks assigned by supervisor
