Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Area Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will supervise a team of cleaners, ensure high cleaning standards, and handle administrative and operational duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities and schedules.
• Monitor the performance of cleaning staff and conduct regular site inspections.
• Train and guide new cleaners in proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Handle feedback and complaints from clients or building management professionally.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, and request replenishments when needed.
• Prepare and submit cleaning checklists and reports to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.

Requirements

• Only Local Citizens.
• WSQ Environmental Cleaning certification is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of relevant cleaning experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Able to lead a team and manage manpower effectively.
• Basic communication and reporting skills in English.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts/weekends if required.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
