Job description

BG&E is an international design consultancy with offices in Singapore, Australia, the Middle East, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Our engineering services incorporates design for infrastructure, buildings, structures, civil engineering, facades and construction support.

The successful candidate will be capable to work independently to prepare concept to detailed designs for BCA submissions, client submissions and construction documentation. You will be experienced in structural engineering, including permanent and temporary works and will have the organizational skills necessary to independently complete major types of building design projects.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering accepted by Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB)
• At least 3 years or more relevant experience in the design of structures, buildings, infrastructure or civils, with some experience in delivery of building projects located in Singapore.
• Proficient in software such as SPACE GASS, STAAD.PRO, ETABS, Prokon, AutoCAD, PLAXIS, Slope/W
• Knowledge and experience of Eurocodes standards and practices
• Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders internally and externally
• Strong communication skills, teamwork and self-motivation
