Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a skilled Civil & Structural Engineer. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in engineering design, particularly in BIM and M&E technical drawings, including fire protection systems. Duties involve preparing detailed designs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supervising construction sites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, providing an opportunity to work on dynamic projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Civil & Structural engineering design and BIM.
• Experience with M&E engineering design, especially in fire protection.
• Familiarity with URA, SCDF, and BCA compliance submissions.

Responsibilities

• Perform Civil & Structural engineering design and detailed drawings.
• Create technical drawings for M&E engineering focusing on fire protection.
• Ensure compliance with URA and other regulations during project submissions.
• Monitor and supervise project sites as needed.

Overview

Well versed in building and construction project planning, detailed design, execution and supervision. Key responsibilities of the candidate in performing the followings as daily tasks:

• Civil & Structural engineering design and technical detailed drawings involve 2D & 3D BIM.
• M&E engineering design and technical drawings especially in fire protection, flammable storage and fire engineering
• Corenet-X submissions involve URA planning, SCDF BP/FP, BCA BP/ST and other agencies compliances submissions.
• Occasionally, visit building/construction sites for project monitoring and supervision.
