Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating with architects and ensuring smooth site execution. You will be responsible for aligning technical and design requirements, solving site issues, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is met.
• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve technical or design discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure work progresses according to schedule and report any delays or issues to the project manager.
• Attend coordination and site meetings; prepare progress reports and documentation as required.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders when necessary.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications, codes, and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, structural detailing, and local building codes.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work.
• Familiarity with site operations, safety regulations, and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
