Job summary

A leading food service company in Singapore seeks an experienced senior leader to define and execute vision and strategy.   • Define and execute the company’s vision, strategy, and growth plans
  • Oversee restaurant operations, wholesale supply, sourcing, and distribution
  • Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margins
  • Ensure efficient, scalable, and cost-effective operations
  • Lead, train, and develop large teams and senior management
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, wholesale partners, and key stakeholders
  • Use data and market insights to improve performance and customer experience
  • Promote innovation, quality standards, and operational excellence
  • Report to the Board of Directors on performance and strategy
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in the restaurant, food service, wholesale/F&B or similar industry, with experience in a CEO, COO, or equivalent executive role.
  • Strong background in restaurant operations and wholesale food business, including supply chain and vendor management.
  • Proven track record of scaling multi-location restaurant businesses and managing large operational teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, lead, and motivate large teams across multiple functions and locations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience, food quality standards, and brand management.
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors and senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mind-set with the ability to translate insights into strategic and operational improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field (not mandatory)
