Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development in the specified field (Process/Chemical/Marine/Oil/Gas/Pharmaceutical/Electronics/Biomedical/Aerospace)
• Design, analyze, and optimize processes for efficiency and safety
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Prepare technical documentation and reports
• Participate in project planning and execution
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts in operations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS)
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python) is a plus
