Key Responsibilities
  • Execute or assist in food preparation at designated stations
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of your workstation at all times
  • Ensure food is prepared with consistency, quality, and speed
  • Assist with ingredient prep, restocking, and mise en place
  • Follow recipes, marination standards, plating guides, and portion controls
  • Support the Head Chef and team during service and training
  • Contribute to smoking, grilling, or finishing of meat cuts if experienced
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred for Chef de Partie roles
  • Training provided for Commis-level candidates with the right attitude
  • Able to handle kitchen pressure and follow instructions precisely
  • Familiarity with hygiene protocols, ingredient storage, and prep standards

Salary Range
