A professional recruitment service seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in Singapore. The role includes managing schedules, coordinating travel, preparing meeting materials, and serving as a communication bridge between the Chairman and stakeholders. Candidates should have a Master’s degree or higher, be proficient in English and Chinese, and ideally, possess valuable local resources. Salary ranges from SGD 4,000 to 10,000 per month, depending on experience.
1. Primarily recruiting professional managers with work experience as Executive Assistants to the Chairman of a company. Preference will be given to Singaporean citizens and Singapore PRs, and candidates with extensive local networks and resources are highly preferred.
2. Ideally, candidates should have a Master’s degree or higher, be proficient in both English and Chinese, and preferably be local Singapore citizens. Salary ranges from SGD 4,000 to 10,000 per month (negotiable based on the candidate's experience and capabilities; graduates from NUS or NTU may receive higher pay).
3. Five-day work week with weekends off; Sundays and public holidays are off.
