• Salary: $2,700 - $3,500/month

Job Scope

• Prepare beverages following standardized recipes while accommodating customer preferences.
• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure consistent quality in every beverage served.
• Follow prescribed recipes and preparation methods to craft drinks accurately.
• Process customer orders efficiently, handling both cash and electronic payments with accuracy.
• Adhere to operational policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the tea barista area, ensuring brewing equipment, utensils, and workstations meet Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, restock supplies, manage stock deliveries, and communicate inventory needs to management to ensure sufficient stock availability.
