Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, administration or the education sector is an advantage.
  • Availability to work one weekend (Saturday or Sunday) and some weekday evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and assist parents and students.
  • Process student enrollments, withdrawals and class transfers efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate student records and attendance databases.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong command of written and spoken English
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
