Overview

Job Description and responsibilities for the role include executing service and maintenance workflows, liaising with client representatives on service and maintenance issues, managing day-to-day client interactions, assisting the supervisor with allocating teams for service deliveries, supporting timely troubleshooting and maintenance of security systems at client premises, delivering customer satisfaction aligned with each client's business objectives, and ensuring compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act. Performs other technical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service and maintenance related issues.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Assist the supervisor in deploying teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Support the supervisor in ensuring timely delivery and completion of troubleshooting, service and maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself with each client’s business, organization and objectives to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as required.
