A leading academic institution in Singapore seeks a Case Manager to join the University Counselling Services team. This role involves providing comprehensive case management support to individual students, crisis management, and advocating for mental health. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in social work, psychology or nursing, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for collaborating with a diverse student body. The position offers a dynamic environment on the Kent Ridge Campus.

The University Counselling Services (UCS) (Health and Wellbeing, Office of the President) is responsible for the innovation, implementation and evaluation of health & wellbeing programmes which support the general student population in NUS, as well as specific students who are exposed to acute mentally-stressful events. As a Case Manager at UCS, you will provide case management support to individual students and work with departmental leaders to enhance students’ health and wellbeing. You will work with a team that is dynamic, fun, and most of all, passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of our people.
Candidates should have a background in case management, nursing, psychology or social work (or relevant psychological professional training) and a hunger to explore new ways of enhancing the mental health of our people. Corporate consultative experience in programme management, as well as solid negotiation and communication skills are highly desirable.
