Job summary

A community service organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated healthcare/community care worker to support caregivers and patients with advanced illnesses. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant discipline and at least 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, leading volunteer teams, and liaising with health and social care partners.
