Job summary

A leading staffing solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to handle enquiries and requests effectively. The ideal candidate should have 'A' Levels or a Diploma and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include updating customer information in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups, and delivering service requests according to standards. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and contribute to project responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails promptly.
  • Update complete customer interaction information in CRM.
  • Ensure effective follow-up as promised to customers.
  • Alert management of issues requiring escalation.
  • Prepare accurate requests including policy summaries.
  • Work closely with stakeholders on service requests.
  • Deliver service requests within stipulated standards.
  • Undertake other assigned responsibilities.

  • Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Ensure effective and timely follow‑up as promised to customers.
  • Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.
  • Prepare effectively and accurately requests including but not limited to policy summary, premium paid, beneficiary information.
  • Work closely with stakeholders on the service request requirements.
  • Deliver service requests within stipulated service standards.
  • Undertake projects or other responsibilities as assigned.
