Job summary

A construction and engineering company in Singapore is seeking a skilled CAD Technician to develop and maintain CAD drawings. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience and a diploma or degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Candidates with LTA project experience are preferred. The position involves close collaboration with the design team and ensuring accurate document management.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain CAD Drawings
2. Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings
3. Revise drawings based on instructions/comments from engineers
4. Communicate effectively and work closely with the design team members of individual’s project assignment
5. Responsible for receiving, registering, filling and distribution of documents for the detailed engineering section
6. Develop computer generated drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets
7. Perform other related work duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor

• Ø Diploma/ Degree in Architecture
