Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and Maintenance, Repair and Operations items. They are currently seeking a E-Commerce Inventory and Supplier Executive. This position will handle all inventory and supplier related tasks relating to e-commerce sales.

Responsibilities
  • Manage product line-up based on customers or market requirements.
  • Collect and analyze historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products.
  • Minimize out-of-stock by actively monitoring stock inventory, replenishing accordingly.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure profitability of items, cost reduction, and expand product line-up.
  • Work closely with suppliers for On-Time Delivery and expedite when necessary.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or email and communicate with suppliers if necessary.
  • Maintain or update the product master database.
  • Work with other departments on product-related activities such as product discount, quality check, etc.
  • Collect statistics and generate reports.
