Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Support / Administrative Executive to ensure smooth daily operations and provide light support to the CEO. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle general office administration, filing, correspondence, and document management
  • Process invoices, payments, claims, and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules, including CEO calendar support
  • Manage customer enquiries and feedback with proper follow-up
  • Prepare reports, presentations, production schedules, and meeting materials
  • Liaise with vendors, support procurement, and optimise workflows using digital tools
  • Assist with internal communications and ad hoc administrative or operational tasks
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of administrative or related experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Good communication skills with discretion in handling confidential matters
