About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Management Officer (Entry Level) to manage administrative operations, assist sales and service teams, and help ensure smooth coordination across departments.
The position involves managing individuals and teams, overseeing task accomplishment, and addressing problems with practical solutions.
Requires the ability to lead people, ensure timely completion of tasks, and apply analytical problem‑solving to overcome obstacles.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management & Leadership
- Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily operations to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Identify challenges and obstacles impacting workflow or outcomes.
- Analyze issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Make informed decisions under pressure to maintain efficiency.
- Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring clear communication.
- Conduct regular meetings to review progress and address concerns.
- Provide feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.
- Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Encourage innovation and adaptability within the team.
- Support professional development and training initiatives.
- Assist in managing daily office functions and work plans.
- Manage & support account clerks with receivable & payable tasks.
- Assist Sales Manager with quotations, invoicing, payment follow-up, and scheduling.
- Monitor and ensure scheduled jobs are executed on time; coordinate procurement and shipment arrangements with vendors and suppliers.
- Help ensure timely renewal of service contracts and support new account growth.
- Maintain ISO9001 documentation and ensure traceability of records.
- Ensure proper handling of personal data protection in line with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Singapore (foreigners may apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Good planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 documentation and personal data protection practices.
- Team‑oriented and passionate about serving people.
- Professional attitude and experience in office administration.
- Language proficiency: English, Chinese, and other dialects preferred.

Location & Working Hours
Location: Tuas Ave 13 (Jurong), Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (5.5‑day work week)
