Key Responsibilities
- Network Utilization and Prospecting: Tap into your existing professional network to identify potential clients in Singapore and beyond who could benefit from our offshore recruitment services. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
- Lead Generation Campaigns: Propose, develop, and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, including email outreach, content marketing, webinars, and partnership collaborations, to attract high-quality leads interested in hiring remote talent from the Philippines.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, needs assessments, and consultations. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring alignment with client requirements for roles in customer support, marketing, design, development, and more.
- Client Consultation and Proposal Development: Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to understand client pain points in talent acquisition. Create customized proposals highlighting the benefits of our offshore services, such as cost savings, compliance management, and access to dedicated remote teams.
- Deal Closure and Revenue Growth: Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve quarterly targets for new client acquisitions. Focus on upselling additional services to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research and Strategy: Stay informed on industry trends in recruitment and offshoring. Provide insights to refine our go-to-market strategies and contribute to team brainstorming sessions.
- Reporting and Collaboration: Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools. Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding post-sale.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales, with a strong preference for B2B sales experience in recruitment, HR services, or related fields. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and presenting proposals.
- Strong networking abilities with a robust professional contacts list in Singapore or regional markets.
- Proficiency in sales tools (e.g., CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot) and lead generation platforms.
- Analytical mindset for campaign planning and performance evaluation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Other: Familiarity with the recruitment industry, particularly offshoring to the Philippines, is a plus. Must be available to start within a short notice period.
