The candidate should have 5–10 years of relevant sales experience, particularly focusing on the UHNW / MFO / FO segments. Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of institutional sales / BD experience in financial markets focused on the UHNW / MFO / FO space.
  • Strong derivatives knowledge: structured products, options, exotics.
  • Proven track record in originating institutional business with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Direct experience or strong interest in digital assets highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build, grow and manage institutional client relationships across key Asian markets.
  • Drive revenue across OTC spot crypto vanilla & exotic options structured products and funding solutions.
  • Execute on strategic client acquisition and upsell plans alongside the regional Head of Sales.
  • Identify and onboard new client segments including: hedge funds, asset managers, prop trading firms, banks, brokers, OTC desks, crypto exchanges, payment providers, family offices, private banks.
  • Work closely with internal trading product and operations teams across global offices.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences and industry events across the region.

Operating at the intersection of trading technology and institutional-grade execution they support hedge funds banks asset managers exchanges and Web3 platforms with spot derivatives and structured products. Their Asia franchise is a key growth engine backed by a strong trading backbone and a reputation for precision speed and trusted market coverage.

ROLE MISSION

We are looking to hire a dynamic and driven Sales / Business Development professional to join the Singapore team. This is a high-impact front-office individual contributor role reporting directly to the senior commercial leadership for Asia.

You will be responsible for deepening the firm's institutional client relationships across the region with a focus on expanding OTC spot derivatives and funding business across a broad range of client segments focused on the MFO / FO / UHNW segments. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional especially with an existing rolodex to pitch to one who thrives in a growth-focused environment and is passionate about institutional digital asset trading.
