Business Development Executive
- Salary: $3.5k - 4.5k Basic + Commission + Transport allowances (to be discussed) + Quarterly bonuses
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Identify software needs of potential clients and suggest appropriate solutions
- Seek out and secure meetings with key decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and goals
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a B2B sales-oriented role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate proactive initiative in identifying and cultivating new sources of leads
- Excel in multitasking and managing priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to deliver results
