A leading company in the kitchen and furniture industry is seeking a seasoned Sales professional to enhance brand awareness and achieve business targets in Singapore. The role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring product specifications, and maintaining stakeholder engagement through training and support. Candidates should have substantial experience in sales and a good knowledge of the furniture market.
Main Task
Ensure the development of countertop application, kitchen top-vanities top-doors- furniture, in the market (Singapore). Ensure Business target achievement (Turnover and Average Price) in the relevant territory. Actively develop the connections and brand awareness of Company’s kitchen and furniture filed by building solid relationships with the key stakeholders, carpentry studio, fabricators, kitchen shop, interior designers, contractors and Developers
Main Activities
• Build a relationship with the main partners in the specific field and cooperate with them to ensure the proper development of Company's application in the segment.
• Establish Company’s products as the main choice in the selection/specification process, in the specific field.
• Build a detailed portfolio of stakeholders.
• Organize daily visits and meetings with the major Key decision makers, respecting the weekly target, presenting Company’s specific application in the furniture environment.
• Follow all the steps with the decision makers in the field, until the project is confirmed with Company’s products.
• Ensure all the stakeholders have adequate Company’s Marketing materials to support the specification process in the segment, including samples, brochure (physical and virtual).
• Conduct Training/Counselling sessions on-site to keep stakeholders up to date on the actual and new product/service portfolio.
• Contribute and assist in concept creation and organization of “Lunch & Learn” formats, Customer events and conventions targeted to professional audience in the segment.
• Report precisely, daily activity and monitor Key decision-maker databases and project management through CRM software (Sales Force).
• Assistance in the daily activities in the showroom and wherever is required.
• Experienced with the Microsoft software and design software, word, excel, power points; AutoCAD and SketchUp desirable
Requirements:
• 10 years of commercial experience in tabletop/kitchen/carpentry/appliances sales.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
