Overview

Location: Jurong East (Near MRT Station)

Salary: SGD $3,500 fixed + Variable Bonus

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:15am-5:30pm

Role Overview: You\'ll be the key driver for business development across Indonesia, promoting both new and existing products, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in Indonesia
  • Develop targeted sales strategies and coordinate lead generation activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and support
  • Respond to RFQs, follow-up queries, and proposal requests
  • Collaborate with Sales Director and team to retain and grow accounts
  • Maintain and update client databases and sales pipelines
  • Prepare monthly PPT updates on Indonesia market developments
  • Travel monthly for client visits and tradeshows
  • Collect and report on vehicle population data as part of market insights
Requirements
  • Diploma holder
  • Open to candidates without prior sales experience; positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
  • Able to travel monthly across Indonesia (Jakarta, Batam, etc.)
  • Strong coordination, reporting, and client-facing skills
