Position: Business Development Executive (PHV)

(Transport Allowance provided & Recurring Commission)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new clients for long-term leasing solutions (corporate & individual).
  • Develop strategies to grow the customer base and meet sales targets.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, contracts, and quotations.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and provide recommendations on pricing and positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
  • 'N' level and above.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or leasing will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a driving license

Location: Ubi (near MRT)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Saturday (9am to 1pm)

Salary Basic: $1500 (differs for experienced)
