Job summary

A recruitment consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Development professional to identify and acquire new corporate clients primarily in IT and Fintech. The ideal candidate will have a degree related to Business or HR and at least 3 years of experience in BD or sales, particularly in recruitment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. The salary range is from $3000 to $5000 plus commission.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients across industries (e.g. IT, Fintech).
• Negotiate service agreements, including retained search and contingency fees.
• Meet monthly sales targets and grow our client portfolio.
• Stay updated on market trends and talent needs.

2. Account Management:

• Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.

3. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:

• Collaborate with clients to identify hiring needs and create engaging job descriptions.
• Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs.

4. Candidate Management:

• Manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, employment benefits, etc.

Job Requirements:

• We're looking for someone driven, outgoing, and persuasive.
• Degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 3 years of BD / Sales / Client Servicing experience (preferably in recruitment - IT / Fintech).
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Salary range: From $3000 - $5000 + commission
