This organisation operates at the intersection of technical expertise and commercial impact, supporting clients across aviation, government, construction, and commercial real estate.

This is a high-visibility, client-facing role offering the chance to drive revenue growth, shape go-to-market strategies, and contribute meaningfully to a niche, high-value services business.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, while deepening relationships with existing clients and translating technical solutions into client outcomes and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target sectors, such as aviation, construction, commercial real estate etc
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting, client engagement, solutionproposal, tender submission, negotiation, to closure.
  • Leverage the firm’s unique technical expertise to position the company as a trustedadvisor and market leader in wildlife management solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations that articulate commercial ROI and solution value
  • Contribute to pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance reporting to support business planning and strategic decision-making
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or relateddiscipline
  • At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in business development, accountmanagement, or technical solution sales
  • Prior exposure to the aviation, construction, or environmental services sectors will be advantageous
