Overview
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a central role in helping industrial clients achieve their real estate and property objectives. To deliver the right solutions, you will evaluate each client’s financial position, review their overall business model, and identify key challenges. Building on this understanding, you will develop tailored strategies and prepare robust business proposals that align property decisions with long-term business goals.
This is a client-facing consultancy role that combines real estate advisory, business analysis, and strategic problem-solving. It is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working closely with clients, applying critical thinking, and delivering solutions that create lasting business impact.
Responsibilities
- Consultancy & Advisory
- Evaluate clients’ financial makeup and business models to assess their situation and challenges.
- Meet with clients to understand their objectives, operations, and pain points.
- Formulate and propose tailored strategies that align with client needs and business goals.
- Develop, structure, and present persuasive business proposals for submission to clients, stakeholders, and relevant authorities.
- Liaise with stakeholders and external parties to address queries and ensure clarity on business plans.
- Business Development
- Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen client outcomes through strategic business and property solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to support long-term collaboration.
- Contribute to the company’s growth by delivering consultancy outcomes that enhance client success and expand project opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong business writing ability.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and the real estate market.
- Analytical, organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Diploma or higher in any discipline (Business or Real Estate advantageous).
- Prior experience in consultancy, business development, or real estate advisory is beneficial, though fresh graduates with the right aptitude are welcome.
