Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across all departments—Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, Finance, etc.—to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. This role is central to optimizing performance, identifying trends, and driving business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate data from various departments and systems
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track KPIs and performance metrics
• Analyze trends, patterns, and root causes to support operational and strategic initiatives
• Work closely with department heads to define data needs and build custom solutions
• Support senior management with predictive and prescriptive analytics
• Maintain data integrity and ensure reporting accuracy
• Assist in automation and digital transformation projects using data
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis as required

Requirements

• Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized
• Experience with Python / R is a plus
• Prior cross‑functional data analysis experience is an advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 08:45am‑05:45pm

Alternate Saturdays - 08:45am‑12:45pm

5.25 days work week (alternate Sat off)
