Through analysis, benchmarking and industry research, they refine strategies, optimise processes, track performance and collaborate with local markets in Asia to improve performance and drive proactive growth strategies.

Job Description

• Support the design and evaluation of business metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for commercial and operational teams
• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and optimisation of reporting tools and dashboards
• Translate data into clear and concise insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and contribute to analytics projects
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives and help promote a data-driven culture within the organisation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and above in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or any related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics in tech/e-commerce or dynamic environment is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel
• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python is preferred
• Strong interest in data-driven problem-solving and business strategy
• Good communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
• Experience with VBA or Spark is a plus, but not required
