Job Description

As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior brokers and contributing to the overall success of our company. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with 1-2 years (or more) of experience in the insurance industry or a related field. Mid-career candidates looking for a switch are welcome to apply. Direct experience is not necessary but is viewed favourably. More importantly, we are looking for individuals with strong character, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior colleagues in managing client accounts, placement of programs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of insurance solutions.
  • Prepare and review documentation related to insurance policies and client agreements.
  • Liaise with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives, including cross-selling and developing specialty lines.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing to discussions and solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years (or more) of experience in the insurance industry specifically on Employee Benefits or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
