Overview

Perform detailed engineering design, system configuration, and preparation of shop drawings for AHU and cooling tower EC fan retrofit BMS works. Supervise and coordinate installation, wiring, and integration of AHU and cooling tower EC fans with the BMS on site. Lead testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning of AHU and cooling tower EC fan control systems. Ensure all AHU and cooling tower EC fan retrofit works comply with project specifications, design standards, and statutory regulations. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve technical issues related to AHU and cooling tower EC fan integration promptly. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, progress reports, and operation & maintenance manuals for AHU and cooling tower EC fan retrofit systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site technicians on AHU and cooling tower EC fan retrofit projects.

  • Certification in relevant technical or facility management fields is a plus
