Role Overview

At Crypto.com, we prioritize user security. Our Security Team leads efforts to safeguard our systems, and we are seeking a Blockchain Security Technical Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in writing smart contracts (DApps), blockchain staking, and a passion for Web3 and blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and monitor smart contracts on Solana and EVM compatible blockchains.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of blockchains and DApps, with an emphasis on emerging blockchain ecosystems.
• Keep abreast of software upgrades and significant blockchain developments.
• Troubleshoot blockchain-specific issues and respond to alerts.
• Collaborate and share knowledge with internal teams such as Engineers, DevOps, Sales, Product Managers, and Customer Success.
• Research new blockchain technologies and assist with blockchain integration projects.

Required Qualifications

• Experience providing client support in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Support experience in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Hands-on experience with running blockchain nodes, writing smart contracts (DApps), staking, and working with governance and bridges.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
