Job description

Location: Islandwide (Will be based on where you stay, Outlets mainly at Central & South & East)
Working Day: 6 days per week
Working hours: 44hours/week (Shift work & depending on outlets opening/closing timing)

Salary:

• Up to $3,300 per month (Depending on experience, fresh grad welcomes too)

Key Duties:

• Oversee daily F&B outlet operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Deliver excellent customer service, handle queries & complaints professionally
• Supervise outlet set-up, cash & stock control, and maintain SOP standards
• Drive sales through upselling, food & drink pairings, and innovative cocktails
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to uphold high standards

Requirements:

• Min N Level
• At least 1 years of F&B experience (Fresh Grad welcome too)
• Guest-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work weekends and shifts
• Food & Hygiene Certification is highly advantageous
