Responsibilities include preparing 3D modelling for M&E systems, collaborating across disciplines, and mentoring junior modelers. Responsibilities

• Preparing and developing 3D modelling for M&E systems.
• Collaborating with other disciplines to avoid clashes on BIM models.
• Complying with deliverable deadlines set by the team leader.
• Ensuring that the system, layers, filters & Revit families are in proper order according to the template.
• Setting up templates on M&E systems and architectural setup.
• Liaising with engineers regarding project requirements and submissions.
• Guiding & mentoring BIM modelers on modelling issues.
• Developing & maintaining BIM protocol and execution plans.
• Implementing clash-free BIM models for mechanical & electrical systems.
• Leading modelers in efficient modelling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and develop 3D modelling for M&E systems.
• Collaborate with other discipline to avoid clashes on BIM models.
• Comply with the deliverable's deadlines set by the team leader.
• Make sure that the system, layers, filters & Revit families are in proper order & according to template (BEP) as well.
• Setting up template on M&E system, architectural setup, sheets whenever required.
• Liaise with the team leaders/Engineers regarding project requirements, submission etc.
• Guiding & mentoring BIM modelers on the modelling issues.
• Develop & maintain BIM protocol and execution plan requirement by the client.
• Ensure a clash-free BIM models for mechanical & electrical system is implemented.
• Lead/guide the modelers in the proper way & technique to do the models at a lesser time as possible.
