Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Designer Draftsman responsible for developing and integrating technology in project development. Candidates should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling, a diploma or degree in Building Drafting or Mechanical Engineering, and core competency in HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing Systems. This role involves managing drafting works, producing technical drawings, and coordinating with project teams and authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant hands-on experience in BIM modelling for Engineering/Construction industry.
• Candidates without relevant qualifications but with relevant experience may be considered.
• Good understanding of Drafting code for electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Drafting SOP & templates and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Manage all Drafting works for assigned projects including documentation and authority submissions.
• Produce and prepare technical drawings including shop drawings and as-built drawings.
