Billing Executive (6-Month Contract, Extendable)

Location: Buona Vista
Contract Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support subscription, billing and administrative functions for learning-related systems and engagement activities. If you are organised, proactive and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Subscription & Billing Operations
  • Execute end-to-end subscription and billing processes for the LEARN platform.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely handling of billing-related tasks.
Administrative & Engagement Support
  • Provide administrative support for business development and engagement activities.
  • Assist in preparing guides, communication materials and EDMs.
  • Maintain proper organisation of documents and shared folder structures.
Skills & Competencies
1. Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas).
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva for creating guides and EDMs.
2. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Able to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Accurate in interpreting instructions and conveying information clearly.
