Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash handling, payment collection, and bank deposits.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and update accounting records promptly.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with budgeting.
• Reconcile daily sales, inventory reports, and POS transactions.
• Handle invoices, receipts, supplier payments, and expense claims.
• Support year-end audit procedures and liaise with external accountants.
• Work closely with the store manager to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
