Strong hospitality and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception or customer service roles.
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills.
• Ability to work shifts until 10 PM or 11 PM, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception duties and provide one-on-one customer service for scheduled appointments.
• Explain treatment details and costs clearly to customers.
• Coordinate and liaise with external agencies as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the centre and prepare supplies, equipment, and refreshments for customers.
• Handle general administrative tasks for the store.
• Accompany and interpret for visiting executives from Japan.
